High School Remediation
Students receiving a final grade of a “D” are strongly encouraged to remediate this class in the summer. Through this program, students have the chance to fine-tune the necessary skills in a particular subject before moving on to the next year. In addition, the remediated grade will be added to a student’s transcript and overall GPA.
Students who have received less than a 65% in a class are required to remediate that course during the summer program.
(Students who receive less than a 45% in a class are not able to remediate during summer school and must re-take the course the following academic year.)
