The School’s philosophy is to collaborate and provide professional development to support the growth and development of our teachers so that they can continuously strengthen their craft in the areas of culturally responsive teaching, active discourse, social emotional learning, and teaching students of all levels.

All teachers must have a minimum bachelor's degree in their field. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in the classroom.
