Serving with Spirit in Peru

Serving with Spirit in Peru

Over April break, sixteen students embarked on an unforgettable journey from Lima to Machu Picchu, immersing themselves in the rich culture, history, and beauty of Peru. Along the way, they connected with local communities in the Sacred Valley, learning how traditions, art, and heritage are preserved across generations.

Surrounded by the breathtaking Andes, students explored the lasting legacy of the Inca Empire while gaining a deeper appreciation for its cultural impact. They also dedicated two days to hands-on service, partnering with a local community on projects supporting economic sustainability, agriculture, and access to education.

From meaningful service to awe-inspiring landscapes, this experience was a powerful blend of learning, connection, and discovery.
