The Head of School must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster meaningful connections among a broad spectrum of constituents, including students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, benefactors, parish and diocesan representatives, civic organizations, and the Greater Lowell Community.
